We are proud to announce that one of our own, Sandra Waterhouse, has been named Sacramento County Woman of the Year by Sen. Bill Dodd, D-Napa. Sandra's nearly three decades of service in the Delta community has made a remarkable impact, particularly in the lives of disadvantaged youth. As a recruiter for the Sacramento Regional Conservation Corps, Sandra has helped provide education and job skills to hundreds of young adults working on climate-related projects. We are grateful for Sandra's dedication to empowering disadvantaged youth and making a difference in Sacramento County. Her work is a testament to the impact that one person can make in their community, and we are honored to have her as a member of the SRCC team!
